Executive Chef Joe Shannon and his team of chefs offer a range of wedding menus just for you.  Each dish is prepared using the very best local and seasonal ingredients.

Say ‘I Do’ at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Sligo, the perfect setting for Blessings, Civil or Humanist ceremonies.  Choose from a selection of suitable suites in the hotel for your guest numbers and requirements.  We will style and dress the room of choice for your ceremony for €250.

If you’d like to have both your ceremony & wedding reception all under one roof, the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Sligo is the venue for you.  The Benbulben Ballroom provides a warm and elegant ambiance for your ceremony.  Your guests will arrive through a candlelit walkway, through the beautifully decorated floral archway and into the Benbulben Ballroom which will be adorned with French lanterns, ivory chair covers and red carpet – all complimented with stunning fairy lights providing a beautiful backdrop for when you say ‘I do’!
